Eva Jung interpreted two pieces: May I have this dance? Seven Steps (for Barack Obama) by Dorit Cypis and FOR WOODWINDS (MEDITATIONS) by Adam Overton. Both were performed in New York City at the “HABEAS LOUNGE,” a project by Linda Pollack, in the CUNY graduate galleries.

I was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea and currently live in New York. I received a MFA degree from the School of Visual Arts (2008) and BFA from Ewha Womans University (2006) in Seoul. I participated in an exchange program at Cleveland Institute of Art (2005). I have shown in exhibitions at Korean Cultural Center, LA (2008), Visual Arts Gallery, NY( 2008), On the Third Day, TriBeCa, NY (2007), and Kyeongido Museum of Art (2007) and Public Art Project (2006) in South Korea. I created interventions including The Sample of Emotion, and Emerging and Established Artists in lower Manhattan (2007).
